is oat milk better than regular milk

The amount of protein in oat milk is around half that of cow's milk. Additionally, its protein content is inadequate, much like that of other plant-based milk replacements.

This implies that, in contrast to dairy milk, it is deficient in certain of the necessary amino acids for your body.

Like many other plant milks available in stores, oat milk often includes vitamin D and calcium supplements to support bone health.

Most brands also include riboflavin and vitamin A.

The only component in oat milk that is present naturally is iron.

Additionally, calcium, vitamin D, riboflavin, and vitamin A are all found in cow's milk.

It does, however, also have potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B12, and niacin, unlike oat milk.
